Since disaster management is important for modern societies, it is vital that humanitarian aid operations are carried out more effectively, quickly and sensitively in emergencies. Since it is not possible to obtain precise data on when and where natural disasters will occur, there is a high loss of life and property in disasters and it is difficult to reach people in need. For this reason, in order to support aid operations in order to reach disaster areas quickly and to minimize loss of life, an original design of a hexacopter aid drone with a gripper mechanism was made and manufactured. The project has increased the prestige of the school at the national level and significantly increased its recognition. Participation in prestigious platforms such as Teknofest and TUSAŞ Hangar Innovation Competitions in particular shows that the school is a pioneer in technological innovations. This study, which strengthens cooperation with the industry, has enabled the project to be implemented by increasing university-industry partnerships. Developing innovative solutions in strategically important areas such as disaster management and humanitarian aid proves that the school acts with a vision that is sensitive to social problems and focused on solutions. Such projects also inspire other students. The project was submitted to Teknofest and TUSAŞ Hangar Innovation Competitions..
